Butter burger
Two aged ex-dairy beef patties, rich and creamy Chiddingstone Dairy butter and onions stewed in white wine and beef stock. Simply perfect.
Brisket burger
Two smashed ex-dairy beef patties, American and Swiss cheese, pulled brisket slow cooked for 12 hours, chimmichurri, French dip gravy on a bed of fries.
Bacon tater tots
Potato tots, baconnaise, crisp bacon shards and Parmesan for days.

Jersey dairy soft-served ice cream between enriched brioche buns from Halstead Bakery.
